Golden Yolk

As soon as we walked in the door, I noticed how clean it was. The menu was nice. We ordered a lot bc it was our first time and wanted to try it all. Everything was good. I’m not too much of a sweets for breakfast type of person but I got the Nutella French toast. It was amazing but too much for me. The deep fried eggs were amazing!!!

I met one of the owners before the restaurant was open and he invited when they do open. Months later we decided to visit. He recognized us and greeted as long time friends. The food. Not just well prepared but well thought out. The deep fried deviled eggs made me laugh..I would go back just for those alone. Benedict was something special. Wait staff washed their hands often and were simply nice. The restaurant is 40 min away but we will be going back.

The food here is amazing! Avocado toast with bacon and arugula was phenomenal. I ordered soft scrambled eggs with cheese to go along with it and they were cooked and seasoned perfectly! Very clean and the staff was great! Don’t miss this place!!

My husband and I came here while out of town. Got here on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened and were seated quickly. I had the classic avocado toast with two scrambled eggs, and it came with a chickpea salad. My husband got the veggie omelette, bacon and a specialty pancake on the side. We both got waters, although they did have other alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. The food was good, the pancake was a pretty thin, we prefer a fluffier consistency. Service was great and the cost was good, $35 before tip.
