Chukis Deli Mexicano

Ordered the birria tacos, bistek a la mexicana, agua de horchata and agua de pepino. Tacos were a good size and had a tiny bit of crunch, which I like. They did need a bit of flavor, but nothing lime and salt can't fix. Aguas frescas were a good size and tasted good. Chips cost extra. I'm not sure if the salsa bar is extra? Unfortunately, the ticket only shows your balance due and amounts charged, but doesn't tell you what each charge is for. I did notice that the prices were a bit higher than on the menu. There was a charge on ticket that I didn't know what it was for. I didn't notice until I got home. I would go again, but review my ticket before paying.

The food here is the best Mexican I have had in Memphis. The serving are huge and so delicious. They have authenic juice drinks of types and hot sauces from mild to blow your mouth apart.
The staff are friendly and will help you with your selection. As a person that doesn't eat Mexican back home, this was extremely helpful.
The atmosphere is a small diner experience with Mexicam music playing. Relaxing and good for small groups or couples to eat and talk.
They do offer takeaway and you probably be able to get favourite delivery service to deliver.

I wish I could give this place six stars.

Chukis is the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant that I've had in the Memphis area, by far. I had a strawberry agua fresca, which was so refreshing! I also had their delicious Nachos Mexicanos with pastor – it's definitely large enough to split with another person if you're not too hungry. I got a single carnitas taco just to try out, and I wish I'd gotten more!

They even have a salsa bar with everything labeled according to spice levels.
Super friendly service as well! Will definitely be returning.

They now have margaritas and they are 🔥! Man what a great place to eat. They are very friendly and the place is very clean. We were all very pleased with our food. I had the shrimp cocktail which was great. My wife and son had the chicken bowls and they were awesome. We highly recommend Chukis it is awesome!

Absolutely Love this place! The food tastes so Fresh & light.
Everything was perfect. The lady that took our order was So nice & Friendly. We ate there in Thursday & I went back today. OMG the guacamole was the best. Definitely recommend
