Great little BBQ place! Family Friendly environment, quick to serve. Loved the Tennessee sweet sauce! Will be going back. :)

Friendly staff, great burger and convenient location near the airport and Boiling Springs.

For my first visit I ordered the Classic Smoked Pulled Pork plate with house bbq beans, white slaw, and a cornbread biscuit.

Review: the service was fast and friendly. High marks here.

The pulled pork wasn’t dry and the bbq sauce was tasty.

The homemade bbq beans were a standout and exceeded expectations.

For the cornbread biscuit I feel it was a different take on cornbread but didn’t really hit like I was hoping.

Finally, for the white slaw it was chopped too finely for my preference and the only area I’d say that detracted from the meal.

Overall: 7.2/10
A must stop if you’re close by.

Thelma Lou's is a "must go" barbecue place! Warm and friendly staff. Delicious pork barbecue served with vinegar-based sauce and your choice of "red" or "white" slaw on a toasted brioche bun 😋 Other members of our dining party got hand-formed, grilled well done burgers with choice of toppings and cheese. Chef accommodated our request for "extra crispy" hand cut fries. So delicious! Family-friendly atmosphere. Definitely will return to try more "good eats"!

Delicious new restaurant replacing the flying pig. Thankfully this one is 10x better. Newly renovated, everything was clean and fresh.

We had the hamburger steak, pork & burger, and pimento cheese and fried pickles. Everything was homemade and definitely will be back.
