Absolutely exceptional! It isn't often that a restaurant really knocks us off our feet but this place did it. From the bread, to the wine list, to the perfectly curated menu, to the incredible service - this place is in my top 5 of all time. Cannot wait to come back. Make sure you try the roasted beet salad and the mushrooms are a must. If you're unsure of a few of small plates or a supper - do the small plates and get a ton of them - try everything. So great to meet the chef/owner as well. Super special place.

My husband and I had an incredible dinner at Brydge during our weekend in Cambria. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We could tell there was so much intentionality put into every dish. The prime ribeye was cooked and seasoned perfectly. May be one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. An absolute pleasure to eat. All of the small plate appetizers were delicious too! We particularly loved the beet salad and the pork meatballs.
Not only was the food amazing but the ambiance was one of a kind as well. The restaurant, situated in an historic home, is simple yet very homey and cozy. Our waiter, Declan, was very attentive and provided fantastic service through our meal!
This restaurant is a must for anyone stopping in beautiful Cambria!

Excellent food, the owner/chef was gracious and highly competent. We had king salmon, which was really the best we've ever had. Main menu items were portioned for 2 people and this was accurate. We also ordered the mushrooms, which were a fantastic starter. Lovely wines, but the pour could have been larger for the per glass price...a minor matter. Highly recommend if you're wanting a special dining experience.
